Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms cover this website and the early access browser build of Grind Order (the “game”), which you can open from the “play in browser” link. By using them you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Early access, no promises

Grind Order is in development. The game, the website and the servers are offered as they are and as available. Features, balance, items and heroes can change, and progress may be reset or removed during testing. We try to avoid it and will say so beforehand when we can. Nothing on this website is a promise of a release date, a price, a platform or a feature.

2. Using the website and the game

3. Our content and yours

The game, its art, names, text and code belong to the Grind Order team or its licensors. The Silkscreen font used on this site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text). Store and platform names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to say where the game will be available. Press and creators may use the material on the press page as described there. Streaming and videos of the game are welcome.

If you send us text (a chat message, feedback), you keep your rights in it, and you allow us to show and use it as needed to run and improve the game.

4. Purchases

At the moment nothing on this website or in the browser build costs money. If paid items are added later, they will come with their own terms, prices, and the refund and withdrawal rights that apply to you, shown before you buy.

5. Warranty and liability

We give no warranty that the website or the game will be error free, always available, or free from data loss. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything that goes wrong is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (which at the moment is nothing). None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, injury, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

6. Ending

You can stop using the game at any time. We can suspend or end access for people who break these terms, or end the early access build; we will give notice when it is reasonable to.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the cookie and storage notice.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the game after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@grindorder.com.
